What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have been a licensed Real Estate Agent in Texas for over 18 years specializing in Investment Real Estate and Property Management. We currently managed over $40 million in assets and have worked with 100's of owners and 1000's of tenants.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Accidental Landlord in 2003. My wife's parents were vacating their home and coming to live with us, so we had a vacant house. After a few months, I decided to do some work and lease out the property. I discovered I really enjoyed Real Estate and started my Real Estate career. In 2004, I started a Real Estate Investment Company and developed the StressFree Property Solutions from the ground up to proved a Solutions based Company supporting Real Estate Owners and Investors in all aspects of Real Estate and continued from there. After 18 years of doing Real Estate and Property Management, I have learned that we earn your business everyday and are committed to our clients success.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have worked with large (100+doors) and small investors (1 door), seasoned and new investors. Since we are investors, we understand the needs and wants of any size investors with any level of experience.
