New property owners love us because we make the onboarding process easy. We can do everything electronically or meet in person to go over the paperwork. After that, every owner will have access to an online portal where they can view all the information about their property, payment history, maintenance requests, etc.

I am currently working with an investor who is purchasing a 60 unit apartment building in Garland and is looking for property management. Use us! No really, do your research. Does the property manager know and follow all the fair housing requirements? Is property management an add-on service or something they offer in addition to other services, or is their primary business? Does the property manager offer 7 guarantees including on time rent payments, leasing within 21 days, eviction protection and more?
