Our most recent project is furnishing and setting up a pool house in Thousand Oaks and helps the owner made 4,000 profits after all expenses. He’s so happy with our service that immediately gave us 2 more properties, which we immediately rented out to insurance partners at 5,000 and 7,200 per month.

Please look for professionals who walk the talk and is knowledgeable about your specific market and industry. Short term rentals market has very specific rules and regulations, so please consider us who has great expertise in this field and has your interests at heart.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

1) does the PM understand the market, pricing strategies, and competitions in this down market? 2) does the PM have network (and net worth) with major companies, corporations, insurance companies to increase the clientele pool? 3) what steps do the PM take to ensure the property is fully protected? (Insurance, screening steps, maintenance team, etc)
