We offer 10% discounts for new clients and referral fees of $50 for every client you refer new clients to us.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We will schedule a quick 30 minutes introduction call through which we can determine if we are a good fit for the property owner. If we aren’t a good fit or we can’t solve your problems, we will tell you right away!

How did you get started doing this type of work?

At first we started with managing for friends and family members but words spread and we have more and more inquiries to help with many more homeowners who are interested in this new market!

Multi family investors, real estate agents, corporations, athletes, roofing companies, construction companies, insurance companies, families who are looking for a home to stay while remodel their house, and many more.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Our most recent project is furnishing and setting up a pool house in Thousand Oaks and helps the owner made 4,000 profits after all expenses. He’s so happy with our service that immediately gave us 2 more properties, which we immediately rented out to insurance partners at 5,000 and 7,200 per month.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Please look for professionals who walk the talk and is knowledgeable about your specific market and industry. Short term rentals market has very specific rules and regulations, so please consider us who has great expertise in this field and has your interests at heart.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

1) does the PM understand the market, pricing strategies, and competitions in this down market? 2) does the PM have network (and net worth) with major companies, corporations, insurance companies to increase the clientele pool? 3) what steps do the PM take to ensure the property is fully protected? (Insurance, screening steps, maintenance team, etc)
