We offer a month to month property management service with zero start up fees and no long-term contracts. We strive to provide low turnover rates, less vacancies, and reduced repair costs.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Here at Huntahome we take the time to get to know and understand our client’s interests. We offer an informational presentation which we can be presented via email, phone, or during a one-on-one visit in the exact home you wish to invest. Quality customer service is our priority; therefore, we want to make sure we fully educate you on our wide range of services. Once we are able to dial in on your needs, you have the chance to watch us tackle full turn rehab projects, make-ready turn overs, or general maintenance and repairs. We work efficiently to have your beautiful home on the market and leased in no time.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Here at Huntahome our education and training includes Real Estate Broker’s Licenses, members of the National Association of Real Property Managers, Accredited Management Organization (AMO), and Certified Property Manager through the institute of Real Estate. We frequent conferences and educational classes to discuss new trends and developments that allow us to stay ahead of the game. We hire professionals with the highest standards to help us achieve company quality goals.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Huntahome Property Management began 10 years ago when a small passion to help protect a neighbor’s home grew into a vision of creating a full service Real Estate Company for maintaining the integrity of many large investment properties. We have only expanded and diversified our range of management services and brokerage ties ever since.

Over the past decade we’ve worked anywhere from first time home investors to small investments groups to large corporations.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

One of our recent projects we are very fond of is our new in-house maintenance company, Make-Ready Residential. After gaining experience in property management services over the year we realized the exponential benefit we could offer our investors by providing in-house make-ready turnovers, rehab flips, or general tenant occupied repairs. What started out as a crazy idea has advanced and grown into our new branch of service you would love to be a part of.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

You want a property manager who strives to provide high quality services at an amazing price. Working alongside our own in-house maintenance company allows us to be accountable for our work and produce cosmetic and structural repairs that fit your interest. In house repairs allow us to reduce our prices to a fraction of the cost you will find elsewhere.
