What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Our first call (Discovery call) will be to know about our client's needs and goals with their investment property. The next step is consultation where we provide professional rental analysis and recommend the package that fits best with their needs and if needed, we can customize it according to our client's needs. We answer any questions/concerns on the way and once the customer is satisfied, they have the option to sign our management agreement. We are on the mission from there on to provide the best-in-class service and to deliver value and exceptional customer service to our clients.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I am a professional with over 15 years of experience and a licensed real estate agent. I have been trained in property management proven process, procedures and latest technologies to provide efficient and effective service.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

As an investor, I started managing my own properties for both short-term and long-term rentals. I saw a gap in the value provided by the property management companies I worked with. I saw this as an opportunity as I was managing the homes pretty efficiently and my return was growing with better practices. That's when I left my high paying corporate job in Bay Area and started my own property management business to address the gaps and truly work to deliver value for new and established investors.

I love managing short-term rentals and the challenges associated with managing them. They are a great way to increase your ROI. You just need to partner with the right management company to make your investment profitable with no stress.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

A good property management firm can easily become one of your greatest assets, second only to the properties that they manage on your behalf. That said, your property manager will make critical decisions on your behalf, making it even more important that you do your homework during the hiring process.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Some of the questions are: What is their tenant screening process? What is their response time to maintenance requests? How effective if your vendor team and how do get the best pricing? Are they capable of handling the accounting and record keeping for your property? Are they willing to confront tenants about late payments and if need be evict them from the property?
