Management Fees range from 7-10%. Our pricing is very clear and transparent. No start up costs, no hidden costs whatsoever.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We are equipped to handle anything you need when it comes to property management or real estate sales! We can take over management of a vacant home and quickly get it on-market and rented, or a home that currently has existing tenants. What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Our entire Team are licensed Real Estate Brokers & Agents. All licensed within the state of Utah. We currently manage hundreds of millions of dollars worth of Real Estate here in Utah and we know the SLC market extremely well as a result.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Logic PM was started after its founder had difficulty finding an excellent PM company to partner with to manage his first few rentals. As a Real Estate Investor, its incredibly important to partner with a great company that puts your needs first, protects your investment, and assists with maximizing revenue so that you can grow your portfolio. We truly put your needs first and manage your properties as if they were our own. Developing excellent relationships with our Tenants and Owners is our top priority!

We manage all types of Real Property and can help you with just about any project you have. Our specialty is Residential & Commercial Property Management. We manage anything from Office Space, Flex Space or Warehouse, to Residential Single Family Homes, Condos, Apartment Buildings, Etc!
