I like to keep the process and pricing simple to make things easy for everyone.

Quickly assess how to best help the new client with pricing, timing and strategy. I want to make my management clients lives easier and less stressful!

Licensed Realtor in Virginia, license #0225055519. Almost 25 years of full time experience in listings, sales and property management.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Years ago an agent I knew was leaving the management business and I took over her few properties. The rest is history:)

Local owners, out of town owners, military owners, investor owners.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

The last 2 rentals I listed on the market rented on the first showings. The rental market is busy!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure they are hands on and not just working from the office. There are many firms that don't visit rentals to assess the situations or show them.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

What are your monthly expenses ie: mortgage payment, hoa fees, do you have a home warranty etc...
