What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Our pricing is flexible and modular, allowing you to choose the services you want and need. Whether you prefer a hands-on or hands-off approach—or anything in between—Keasy offers the flexibility, control, and affordability you’re looking for. All of our pricing is based on a flat fee, never a percentage. For example, our monthly service is just $45 per one unit, $35 for 2-50 units. Lease-up fees are $950, and lease renewal is $75 per lease.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

It's easy with Keasy! Simply contact us, and we’ll schedule a quick call to understand your needs. By the end of the day, you’ll receive a personalized quote and agreement. Once you sign, we’ll set up an onboarding call—and just like that, you’re officially a Keasy customer!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Keasy's founder is a licensed Managing Broker and property manager in Washington State. All of our vendors are licensed, bonded, and insured, ensuring the highest standards of service. Additionally, all of our employees undergo intensive training through our Keasy Academy, combined with hands-on in-field apprenticeships to deliver exceptional results

How did you get started doing this type of work?

We’ve been landlords for 12 years and originally built Keasy for ourselves and our portfolio. Over the years, we experienced firsthand the wasted time and energy of self-managing properties and dealt with legacy property management companies that were expensive, inefficient, and often ineffective. That inspired us to take a different approach—leveraging our hands-on experience, passion for efficiency, and the power of technology to create a better solution

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

It’s hard to choose a favorite, but here are two recent projects we’re especially proud of: The R. family had been hesitant to dive into real estate investing because they didn’t want to deal with the hassle of managing properties themselves. With Keasy’s help, they felt confident closing on their first multifamily property and are now well on their way to building a successful portfolio. Then there’s Eli, a busy Microsoft professional who wanted to expand his real estate investments but struggled to find the time. With Keasy managing the day-to-day operations, Eli was able to free up valuable time and energy, allowing him to more than double his portfolio in just 12 months.
