What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We start with an initial call to learn more about the client and property as well as to share who we are at Real Property Management and a bit about the services we provide. From there we schedule a free, no obligation consultation where we have a chance to view the property, make suggestions for preparing the property and review the current market rent rate.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Licensed real estate broker. Ongoing continuing education on the ever changing Landlord-Tenant , Anti-discrimination and Federal Fair Housing Laws.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I chose a career in real estate as I have always had an interest and love for the industry. I quickly realized that my true passion was helping others build passive income through investing in real estate. Which is what lead me to property management.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

A client contacted us who was being relocated for work but wanted to keep their home here as a rental. They were leaving in just 2 weeks. In that time, we were able to prepare the home, market it and place quality tenants within days of them vacating the home.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
