What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We are extremely proud of our pricing. We strive to be highly competitive because we know that times can be tough and dreams too expensive. We aim to take tough times and expensive dreams and make them come to life easily for a affordable price. We also work with local banks if financial aid is needed.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

First it’s just a general meet and greet getting the basics of their proposed project. Once we nail done the basics we nail down the specifics; styles, colors, textures, dimensions, etc. All orderly and simple.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

School of hard knocks! No but really I hold a degree in Construction Management from Columbia University, the Google PM degree, and a certificate of completion from a Construction Management company.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

My dad did it and I followed in his footsteps despite his advice! I went through Crowder College’s C-Tech program as I went through high school and when I graduated I immediately went to work installing doors, windows, appliances, sinks, vanities, and pretty much everything else for Lowe’s.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We are highly flexible and can adjust to any customers customs and needs.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We remodeled this gentleman’s bathroom. He was a career veteran and we wanted to do something special for him in his shower. So we surprised him with a custom tile shower, all Ada compliant, brown wood styled tile with a black obsidian anchor in his floor. His shower door had his name and rank etched into the glass. IT WAS BEAUTIFUL! Took us a week.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Hire us! We do it all, A-Z!

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

If a customer doesn’t know specifically what they want and possibly doesn’t even have a general idea, that’s perfectly fine. We know that visualization can be difficult, that’s why we’re here to work with you.
