What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I was employed as a construction manager prior to 2005 for a construction firm in southern California. During my employment i was also trained in most areas of construction trades. In addition, I have received school training and certification for EPA lead base renovation and dust sampling technician.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I began learning the art of home construction as an employee for another General Contractor in Southern California. Soon after, i began hands-on experience in most aspects of home design, remodeling, and construction. From laying tiles and doing plumbing works to installing cabinetry. I began to hone my strengths in all areas of construction. Eventually, i began overseeing entire remodeling, home repair projects and start of a new business.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Kitchen and bathroom remodeling project for a customer in North Hollywood California. The work began and ended within 3 1/2 weeks. With the right number of work crew at the job site, we begin and completed our project on time and in accordance with the contract.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Rating and Reviews and carrying necessary insurance are most important to consider before hiring a pro. One should be vigilant to hiring a pro that have few star rating in oppose to a pro that has more.
