Proposal & Contract: Once the scope and design are finalized, we provide a detailed proposal outlining all costs, phases, and timelines. Upon agreement, we move forward with a signed contract.
Permitting & Pre-Construction: We handle any necessary permitting and prep work, ensuring everything is in place before construction begins.
Construction Phase: Our skilled in-house team and trusted subcontractors complete the work according to the schedule, with ongoing communication and weekly updates to keep you informed.
Final Walkthrough & Handover: After completion, we conduct a final walkthrough with you to ensure every detail meets our high standards—and yours. We’re not done until you’re completely satisfied.

How did you get started doing this type of work?
Our journey into general contracting began with a deep passion for building and transforming spaces. What started as small renovation projects for friends and family quickly grew through word of mouth, driven by our dedication to quality craftsmanship and personalized service. Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
One recent project we’re especially proud of was a full kitchen and bathroom remodel for a young family in the Bay Area. The clients wanted to modernize their home while preserving some of its original charm. We collaborated closely with them during the design phase, blending sleek, contemporary elements with warm, timeless finishes.
The kitchen was completely reconfigured for better flow, featuring custom cabinetry, quartz countertops, and high-end appliances. In the bathroom, we installed a walk-in shower with designer tile work and upgraded all fixtures to create a spa-like feel.
From initial consultation to final walkthrough, the project took about 10 weeks. What made it so rewarding wasn’t just the transformation—it was seeing how excited and comfortable the family was in their new space. That’s why we do what we do.
