What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

When a customer contacts me, I make it a top priority to respond promptly and professionally. My process is designed to ensure clear communication, transparency, and a smooth experience from start to finish: Quick Response: I respond as soon as possible and personally introduce myself. Initial Meeting: I offer my earliest available appointment to meet in person, assess the project, and answer any questions. Project Review: During the meeting, we walk through the scope of work and the client's vision and goals in detail. Budget Discussion: If the customer has a set budget, we discuss various options how to be creative and strategic to make the most of the client's budget dollars. If there is no set budget, I provide a detailed quote based on the expected scope, materials, and labor. Agreement & Scheduling: Once the customer is comfortable with the budget or quote, we sign a contract and establish a schedule agreeable for everyone. Pre-Construction Planning: We review the project timeline, discuss the work process, and explore any alternatives or options that may apply.
