We use advanced budgeting methods to price out your job based on similar installations in your area. Clients know exactly what they are getting when they hire us.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

1) Phone call to find out what the client's goals are 2) Discuss the possibilities, challenges, and planning 3) We present you with a rough budget 4) We present a formal proposal and contract 5) Get you on the schedule to start building!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Our team consists of individuals with engineering and advanced business degrees. Most of the practical education comes from problem solving in the field on a daily basis. Solving problems is a true talent!

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Construction and Management run in the family. Our partnership consists of a builder with an engineering/design background and a CEO of a worldwide distribution company.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We work with all types of clients, residential and commercial. From single family homes to office buildings, we know how to build within different environments. Some clients are looking for a quick fix (rental unit) and others are looking for ultimate quality and detail (their forever home). Our initial phone call helps us establish the goal of the project and we go from there.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Move forward with a project only when you feel comfortable with the contractor. Reviews are great, but your personal relationship with your contractor has to be solid. There is a level of trust and communication that should be present at all times. Also, ask for local references.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

3 things: 1) Budget (how much am I willing/able to spend?) 2) Scope (what do I want to accomplish?) 3) Timing (when do I want to start?)
