What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Highly depends on the size of the project. Bathrooms: Book a consultation, we will take measurements, and an estimate on the work needed. We also offer specials and packages for bathroom remodels. What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Renov8 is local, family owned, and has been serving the Los Angeles area since 1994. We pride ourselves on quality, speed, and satisfaction.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

After the 1994 Northridge earthquakes, we were inspired to help rebuild LA. What started as a small contribution, turned into a generational family owned establishment.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Recently worked with Jason on his master bathroom remodel. He had a vision to completely renew the bathroom (since it hadn't been updated since initial purchase of the home). He had a vision of a walk in shower, stand alone tub, new tile floorings, with Jack & Jill floating vanities. He also needed help obtaining permits. We were able to help complete the project (with permits) within 3 weeks. Today, we consider Jason family, and a close friend. We are currently working on a new project to update his kitchen.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure your contractor is license, bonded, and insured. Take the necessary steps to lookup your contractor, and their reviews.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Are you ready to start? Do you have your permits ready? Are you willing to take on a project (with no interruptions) for weeks, or months (depending on the size)?
