Michael Moser has been building since 1984. Starting in the San Francisco Bay Area the Michael moved to Sacramento and was instrumental in the building out of the area called the Pocket Area. Branching out into several other businesses including cellular and technology, building was always his passion. Michael has built nearly every type of building from car dealership, multi family, single family, hotels, strip centers, podium structures, Mid Rise to 10 stories, concrete tilt ups, and many more. He has extensive knowledge in building science and the sub-division map act. Having gone to law school and passed the bar on the first try I also assist in planning, entitlements, disaster relief and expert witness services.
