What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

- We offer free estimates (From the Rony the owner of the company - who is licensed contractor). - Free initial sketch design! - We have no salesmen that work for commissions therefor we have very reasonable prices! - This is husband and wife family owned company.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Starting with initial meeting with client - very important to get to know the client characters, to understand what client likes or doesn’t like. Sometimes it is necessary to have a second meeting.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

General B license contractor. Over 15 years of experience in the field and actual construction design and build for residential. Our team of 3D designers and architects has been working in the field for over 15 years.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

This is a family owned business by me and my wife! Originally I started working for my family and I loved every minute!

What types of customers have you worked with?

Homeowners, residential homes, architects representing homeowners, new construction investors and much more.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Building a 350 sqr feet ADU, it took about 3-4 months to build starting when receiving permit till final inspection. Now we are in the process of 700 sqr feet ADU. It took about 3-4 months for the plans to be approved. Building time is also about 3-4 months.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Find a contractor that you have good chemistry with. Remember that construction project is a short-long process that takes time and you will want to work with someone that you get along with. Trust your instincts and ask as many questions as possible.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Check for references and ask to see pictures from pervious projects, if possible to have a walkthrough as well. Make sure contractor have insurance and bond.
