One of our favorite recent projects was a full-home remodel in Encinitas for a growing family who wanted to modernize their outdated layout without losing the character of their home. We reconfigured the floor plan to create an open-concept kitchen and living space, added a new primary suite, upgraded all bathrooms, and installed energy-efficient windows and roofing. The project also included custom cabinetry, new flooring throughout, and a seamless indoor-outdoor transition with large bi-fold doors leading to a redesigned backyard patio. From initial consultation to final walk-through, the project took just under 4 months. What made it special wasn’t just the transformation—it was the relationship we built with the homeowners, who told us afterward they felt like they were “working with family.” That’s what we strive for on every job.
