What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

our prices are based on the specific trade or project our client is looking to get. Each project is personal and different and this is why we are providing an in house free estimate for the complete project.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

our initial meeting start over the phone with our coordinator, we get as much information that we can from our clients to be prepared for our meeting. During the meeting the project manager will check the project and measure the job. We always start with design and permits, schedule the time frame for the project, order all finish materials needed and start construction after everything is ordered and scheduled so we wont have any delays during the remodeling.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We are licensed construction company.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

In my first years I work as a project manager in big 2 big construction companies and we area specialized in major renovation, general remodeling, room additions and new construction.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We working with any client that willing to accept our knowlege in construction and understand what is possible to do with his dream and budget.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Our last project was a complete remodeling of a house after fire damage, it took us 6 month to bring the house back to life and the remodeling started from the stud to finishes of 3 bathrooms, new kitchen, load barring walls removal, roofing, HVAC, exterior paint, new insulation, hardwood floors, fire place, garage remodeling, pool remodeling, iron railing and all finishes.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Provide all the information that you can to your contractor, our job as a general remodeler is to take your ideas/ dreams and make it reality, calculate your budget and do not get upset if it doest fit the reality, it never does so be open minded to the contractor's ideas that will help to fit in the budget.

when they want to do the job do they have designs do the have blueprints how much they expect to spend on the project how long they think it will take
