Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
We don't have a set pricing system due to the fact that every job and every customer is different. However, as professionals, we do use a combination of technology, industry standards, and years of experience to provide our customers the most clear, concise and accurate quotes as possible generally within a 48 hr period.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
Our typical process is as follows: 1. Set Initial Free On Site Estimate and Design Consultation Appointment. - The Initial appointment generally takes less than an hour although we schedule as much time as needed. We will go over scope, design options, materials, process... the objective is to draw out the complete vision for the project in order to provide you with an accurate, itemized, and detailed quote with design details. 2. With 48 hours of our initial appoint we will provide you an accurate, itemized, and detailed quote with design details. 3. We will follow up with you within 24 hours of quote to discuss any questions, additions, and/or changes. Once an agreement is made on scope and price; a follow up appointment is set to review and approve paperwork. At this point a start date and schedule is tentatively set. 4. A detailed list of material suppliers (via internet or physical visit) will be provided and we will walk you through the entire process of material and design decisions.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
We are constantly updating and adding to our education with seminars, classes, and technical training. How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
I got started doing this kind of work since I was a kid helping my Dad in his contracting company. I put myself through college with a baseball scholarship and earned extra spending money building dorm bunk beds on the side. I was known all over campus as "The Bunk Dude".

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
We work with every kind of customer. Home owners, land lords, investors, commercial tenants, and management companies... Exceptional quality and superior customer service translates to every kind of customer.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
We're finishing up a combo Master Bathroom Renovation with a free standing tub and walk in shower w/ a LED lighted rain fall head; along with a complete Kitchen Remodel. Total duration will be a little over 6 weeks.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
1. Get at least 3 quotes. 2. Make sure the quotes are itemized with labor and material allotments. If they won't break it down, chances are that they can't or are trying to hide something. 3. Follow up on references. 4. Make sure you have a good rapport with the contractor because you will need to be able to work hand and hand with them.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
Make sure they are properly licensed, bonded , and insured.
