What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
definitely understanding what they want and working with them in understanding the many options they have

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
I have been licensed in multiple states, osha trained, lead trained. also I was college student.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
it's funny I wanted to go to winter formal in high school and asked for money from my father and he said you have to work for it. so I started helping what was at the time my girlfriends Father, after school and weekends.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
where do I start and where do I finish ! it's really start to finish of the foundation up!

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
all projects have a great vibe, it's always great to see the before and after. most recent was a 16ft slider that opened up the whole room!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
you really want to make sure the company you hire is involved in all the stages of construction, look at their tools a good sign of a professional is the tools they carry. if you have the same tools or more than the contractor you hire that's a sign! (in most cases)

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
typically you want a vision of what you want, if you have seen something online or in a magazine save it that will get the ball rolling. on bigger projects I highly recommend sitting down with a designer or architect.
