What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

My pricing is competitive but the craftsmanship and quality is unmatched.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

First I find out what the customer wants, then I give my customer a free consultation/ Estimate. When they accept the estimate, I write up a payment schedule, Send them acopy to review and sign with a start date and a completion date.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

40 years experience 36 years as a licensed general contractor.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

My dad was a real estate agent. So when I was 10 years old, I was put on cover plates and doorknobs for him at some of his properties. As I got older I work for C&G Bobcat digging swimming pools for 6 years, Then work with Blue Ribbon construction doing government projects for 3 years, then worked with lumber craft, building houses and room editions for 7 years during that 7 years with LumberCraft, I went to school for my general contractor's license and got my B1 general contractor's license in 1989.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Homeowners, real estate agents, property managers, business owners. Other contractors and developers and architects.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

This outdoor kitchen, Lisa Sayer and I Designed and I built. It was fun to build because of its unique design. It has a teeky hut vibe. It took three weeks to build and cost thirty two thousand dollars. You will see a picture of it in my photos.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Be careful who you hire. It's not always best to go with the lowest bidder. Sometimes that works out to be a lot of change orders which ends up costing even more.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

How many jobs have you done like mine? Do you actually do the work or do you sub it out? Are you licensed and bonded? Do you normally stay within your price and time frame?
