The first step in our process is meeting with you on property to better understand your requirements, vision, and scope out the work that needs to be done to get you there!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

OT Bay Builders team is fully educated and trained in every aspect. We are here to answer any questions or concerns you may have, and we love to give our inspiration if you do not have any!

How did you get started doing this type of work?

OT Bay Builders got started doing friends of friends and family home renovations and fall in love with the projects we completed. We received great feedback and started to get lots of referrals and ever since then we are a 5-star company and love what we do!

What types of customers have you worked with?

We see each client individually and put our best efforts in planning the perfect project. Explaining each step of the process is part of our personal approach, giving the client comfort and ease, knowing that their home is in good hands.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

A recent project that we are fond of, was an amazing ADU masterpiece that we completed with a kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom loft. We make the process as smooth as possible and put a lot of love and attention into every detail. Our goal was a month and we completed this project within a month.
