What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Our pricing structure is fair and competitive. We do not pay sales commissions so we are able to be aggressive with our pricing. If you have an estimate on a similar job with the same scope of work, we will be able to meet or beat that price.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We will come out and give our customer a free estimate, explain the job scope in details and follow up with a written estimate. In the estimate the work will be explained in details and we can answer any questions our customer may have.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We have been doing this type of work for the past 15 years. Our staff has 20 plus years of experience in kitchen remodeling, bathroom remodeling, electrical, plumbing, flooring, paint and more. We constantly are in tune of new trends and materials that are available.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We work with a large variety of homeowners who are looking to upgrade their kitchen, bathroom, or their entire home.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We have done a project recently in Los Angeles. A single family home. A complete kitchen remodel, change the floor plan to an open concept, take down a wall between the kitchen and the living room to create an open space. We changed cabinets, floor, counter tops, installed recess lighting, and created an island. The project came out really nice. It took around 6 weeks.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

When you are hiring a professional to remodel any part of your home make sure they have a valid contractor's license. Make sure that all work is done with permits so you know that everything is up to code and that you have a third party (City inspector) that can verify the work. Also feel comfortable with the contractor. Make sure you have a connection and that the process is clear to you. Get a detailed written quote to avoid misunderstandings.
