We begin with a free consultation to understand your goals. We then provide a detailed estimate, align timelines, secure permits (if needed), and communicate throughout the entire project, from demolition to final walk-through.

With over 15 years in the industry, we’re a licensed, insured general contractor team that works with trusted tradespeople, designers, and engineers to ensure compliance, quality, and top-tier service.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

We founded Prime Built Home Services to provide a more personalized, stress-free construction experience for homeowners. Our founder saw a need for transparency, quality work, and a client-first mindset—and that remains our mission today.

We’ve helped homeowners, property investors, and real estate professionals with everything from luxury kitchen remodels to new construction and restoration services.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We recently completed a full home construction in Del Mar that included a kitchen, bathrooms, a living room, and an outdoor space. Our client was thrilled with the seamless experience and final results. The finalized project is posted on our YouTube channel.
