What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I have no standard pricing. Every project has it's own specific details that establish the cost of the work to be performed.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Establishing a clear an concise understanding of what the customer want's.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have over 15 years in residential construction. My main crew also has between 10 and 20 years. From working with draftsman, architects and engineers to establish a specific outline of the work to be built. I also have extensive experience in working with high end designs and finishes.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Almost all projects have some sort of drawings involved. This gives the owner and the contractor the opportunity to verify that the work to be performed is agreed upon by both parties prior to any construction starting.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with all types of customers.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I have recently gutted a great house in Laguna Niguel. I added 400 square feet, built installed new roofing torch down and shingles, two new bathrooms, walk-in closet, built custom fireplace tv system, built a large custom built-in cabinet, installed new custom kitchen with island, installed all new appliances, did all the flatwork in front and backyard, built custom modern fence, built retaining wall, built landscape ect. Great Project

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Do you have plans, what are your time expectations, what style of interior are you looking for, what is your budget, this is one of the most important questions, a good contractor has to know what he can accomplish with-in you budget
