Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
We urge our clients to NOT get prices over the phone. Prices depend on access, current condition and other factors that can be only assessed in person.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
We respect our customers, we understand that the customers help pay our bills and they deserve the respect in return! We put ourselves in the customer's shoes and it helps us understand better what the customer is looking for as well as the obstacles and limitations they may face during the project which helps the job run as smoothly as possible. We practice good communication to identify issues before they occur. Honesty and elimination of "surprises"- sometimes we are losing jobs to a lower bid that will "grow during the job.." and it's totally okay! "When we start a job, We know how it will end"

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
As a previous realtor and home investor, we understand the value we add to the house with every project. Understanding where to invest to add the best value (not the swimming pool...) and where it's not necessary to invest. Having over 20 years experience in design, entrepreneurship, and ownership of real estate helps us to establish forward-looking attitude which projects trends up to 5-10 years.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
Over the years I discovered the ability to create spaces that are beautiful and practical. The satisfaction of transforming a "not so pretty" space into a beautiful space with minimum investment is the reason we are here today. The feedback and happiness from our previously satisfied clients keep us growing to a place that will never interfere with the quality of our job.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
We are only working with customers who understand the effort it takes to make the project equal or better to the expectations. We do not negotiate our prices or our quality. "A project can only be successful with good coordination and communication with the customer"

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
We are proud of the many projects we did! Whether it's a week or 4-month project, the goal is to keep our clients smiling all the way to the finish line.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Follow recent reviews. Feel comfortable with the project manager. Understand that unplanned issues are sometimes part of the plan. Research the company and their work culture. Remember that most of the time you meet with salespeople...

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
What do you like to accomplish? What is your budget for the project? What is your time frame? Trust your contractor. Be ready to hire as the contractor you like most will have a different time table in the next few weeks/month and might not be available. be ready with funds. Ask questions, ask questions, ask questions....
