(*Due to our current installation schedule we have a PROJECT MINIMUM OF $5,000 depending on the project size it will vary for larger projects, also WE DO NOT take on Handyman Jobs or repair jobs. We are STRICTLY a Remodeling and FULL GC Company. Bears one-stop-shop solution allows us to manage each project and monitor every detail to ensure it is completed on schedule and within budget. Envision your project and turn it into a reality. ***We currently do not work on modulars, and are not accepting insurance bids at the moment due to it being the busy season.

Please feel free to ask questions, find out what the market rate is and then get more that one quote. It does not take that much time especially when you will be making a life changing decision.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Meet with our project managers- We want to know you, so we can hear and see all your project details to give you the maximum information and Design Concepts for what you are looking to achieve. A few days after the meeting you will receive a detailed proposal and scope of work from your project manager. Congratulations! We have decided to move forward together, lets start the process and finalize the paperwork. Our professional teams includes drafters, designers, architects & engineers who will start working on your plans. After your approval we will get the permits and approval necessary from your city/county. Bears team of experts will start your construction to turns dream into reality.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Growing up I worked with my father and knew that was what I wanted to do. I have years of hands on experience and many summers of training before I decided to study and pass my CSLB test for our license and here we are now!!

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I chose to work in this industry because we want to bring an easy A-Z solution for home owner and guide through budgeting, planning, design and build stages and make their dream remodel into reality.. We describe our business as Family owned and operated.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We work with customers from all different areas, all different budgets and we do not discriminate.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Always check their licenses, check to see if they are Better Business Bureau Verified. Bear Remodeling has a Triple A Rating for the last 3 years !!
