What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We have the most competitive pricing in town ,keeping in mind we never take any shortcuts, price and quality go hand in hand .however we do offer discounts for senior citizens and try to beat or match any reasonable bid.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Our typical process working with a new customer is to set up an appointment in person to find out more of his or her needs and offer any recommendations or suggestions that will make their project easier to visualize and accomplish.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have been hands on in the construction industry for over 20 yrs having worked for mayor remodeling companies to obtaining the B General contractor licence we have good understanding of the construction and remodel process from A to Z

How did you get started doing this type of work?

after realizing how inefficient older houses are compared to today's standards I made it my goal to be part of the revolution of educating and offering energy efficient products to homeowners that can better their quality of life and do something for the environment at the same time

What types of customers have you worked with?

We mainly like to work with residential homeowners and after we transform their space into something beautiful and functional and to see their expression of satisfaction is the greatest compliment we receive from each project.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

One of my most recent projects Im fond of is a kitchen and bath remodel in Canoga Park it was a big challenge since the house had a lot of plumbing issues but overcame the adversities and challenges it presented and at the end the clients were so thankful and happy they ended up calling us back for more projects.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

A customer looking to hire a provider in the area should be looking for testimonials, references and most important hire the contractor that you feel comfortable with follow your instincts and never go with a project for price only but look at what are you getting for your money .

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

customers should think in terms of what they can afford and how they visualize their project to be ,how soon they want to do the project and what type of finishes is important to know .
