What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We will sit down with you during the complimentary consultation to help you establish an optimal layout and overall vision for the project at hand then price accordingly. Following the consultation, we can create 3D renders to allow you to preview your newly renovated space.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Miles Sanders holds a General B Contractors license. In order to obtain this you need a minimum of 4 years of in the field experience & a referral from a current license holder. In addition to the real work experience there is a law and a trade test you need to pass from the Contractor State License board (CSLB) in order to get your General B Contractors license issued.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

After high school I went straight into construction work. I worked for multiple contracting firmed and learned all trades. I then. decided to start my own business.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

My 1st review from Ricky was a great project. We removed a load bearing wall for a kitchen remodel and floors through the bottom floor. I show the final pics to most of the new customer and they all get excited about the final product.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
