We are very flexible and fair in terms of price. We always do not mind offering a discount if the price seems a little high to the client.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Construction education. Obtaining several construction licenses, including a general contractor license. But the most important thing is more than 20 years of practice in various areas of construction.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I am a second generation builder. My father instilled in me a love of construction. Construction work is like a hobby for me. The more complex the project, the more interesting it is.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Complete refurbishment of an old 4 bedroom house. All interior and exterior finishing works. Including landscapescaping. Including building a new deck, retaining wall, installing paving stones, installing air conditioning and much more.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

The client must be clear about the scope of the project. The client must know the approximate budget he is counting on. The rest is just details.

What dates for the start and completion of work the customer plans or expects. Is the customer ready to start the project in the near future, or is work on this project planned in the future?
