What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We usually meet the client at project site to explain the scope of the job that what needs to be done in regard to health safety before starting a new construction/demolition.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Since just only a part of balcony was torn off I told the homeowner that I need to come in for a day myself to dig out more to see what other area are damaged, then I can tell you more accurate cost of repair. You may see the pictures in my gallery, the whole area and a part of canopy that was covering a supporting wall were water damage and rotten. Now I had to explain to homeowner that there are more work has to be done and the cost will be a little more, he did accept it. The next day we had to cut more of the rotten rafters and plywood and start a new structural framing. We were managed to complete the job with in 8 days.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We recently completed a balcony of a house that it was watered damaged for almost 4 years. The home owner was going to list his house with a real estate agent for sell, apparently the realtor to him that he must fix the damage before he can list the property. The home owner found us through Angi List. After I saw the damage, it was look like some else try to repair but left the job after torn off with big whole on the deck, look like they didn’t wanted to continue with the repair. I bid on it the job and the home owner told me that I needed to complete it within a week.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

If there are hidden damages, the homeowners may be more open to understand the cost may be more higher than the original estimate of cost repair was given by contractor.
