What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every ADU project is unique, so pricing depends on the size, design, finishes, and permit requirements. We offer free on-site consultations to provide an accurate estimate. Our ADU pricing typically ranges from $299 to $450 per square foot, depending on scope and materials.
We’re transparent with all costs, no hidden fees. You’ll get detailed breakdown of the budget so you always know exactly where your money is going.
FINANCING OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE. We can help guide you through the process if needed. We also offer a $1000 referral bonus if someone you refer hires us for an ADU project.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a free phone consultation or on-site visit to understand your vision, timeline and budget.
Then we provide a detailed proposal, including scope, pricing, and timeline. Once approved, we handle design, permits, and construction.
Our process is fully turnkey, from feasibility to final inspection, and we are always available for questions along the way.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m a licensed, insured and bonded general contractor with over 10 years of hands on experience building ADUs, custom homes, and full remodels.
My team includes trained and certified architects, engineers and designers. We star current on local building codes, title 24 compliance, and ADU regulations to ensure every project is safe, efficient and fully permitted.
We also continuously train with new materials and technologies to deliver modern, durable and high quality work.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I grew up around construction, my dad was a general contractor, and from a young age I was involved on job sites, learning how things are built and how to work with clients.
Over the years, I took that knowledge, built my own team, started managing full projects, from ADUs to remodeling.
It’s more than just a work for me, it’s something I’ve been passionate about my whole life.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We’ve worked with a wide range of homeowners, from families building ADUs for extra income or space, to first-time buyers remodeling their homes. We’ve also partnered with real estate investors on garage conversions and multi-unit builds.
What sets us apart is our detailed, hands-on approach, we’re extremely detail-oriented, we show up at the job site every day, and we closely manage every part of the process to make sure everything goes smoothly, stays on schedule, and meets the highest standards.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
Our latest project was a 3-unit complex on a single lot, it included two full units with attached garages and one separate ADU, all designed and built by our team from the ground up. We managed everything in-house: architectural plans, permits, interior design, landscaping, and a full solar system. The project was delivered on time and met all city regulations, with top-quality workmanship throughout.
We also recently completed a custom ADU tailored to our client’s exact vision. They chose high-end materials and finishes, and we worked closely with them to ensure every detail reflected their style and needs. From the foundation to the tile selection, the entire process was collaborative, with an emphasis on quality and precision.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure the contractor is licensed, insured, and has real experience with the type of project you want, especially if it involves ADUs permits, or structural work.
Ask to see past projects, and make sure they’re responsive and detailed oriented. A good contractor will communicate clearly, walk you through the process, and never rush you into a decision.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
What’s your realistic budget for the project?
What’s your timeline or ideal start date?
Do you already have plans or permits, or will you need help with that?
What are your must haves vs nicer to have (finishes, layout, features)?
It’s ok if you don’t have all the answers, part of our job is to help guide you. But knowing your priorities upfront helps us give you the best advice, pricing, and project plan from the start.
