How did you get started doing this type of work?

I am extremely passionate about what I do. At 16 I took my first construction job, working with my uncle who is a very successful and a well known developer in Los Angeles. Our company took on many projects over the years, and I was fortunate to work on a wide variety of them, from the very simple to the extremely complex
