After graduating with a construction management degree from Auburn University I began working for Pulte Homes as a superintendent. Also worked with local commercial contractors and large custom home builders in the Denver area before starting my own company.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Most of my clients come to me with plans already drawn by an Architect with a clear understanding of the goal of their project. We work mostly with 2 types of clients; homeowners doing one off projects like renovations and additions or custom homes with their personal property or with developers/investors building speculative for sale projects.

Most of my recent projects have been custom homes on scrapped lots in and around the Denver Metro area. Ranging from about 3500sf to over 6000sf of finished space. We really enjoy Pop-tops and total renovation projects as well.

unfold fold
Know what you are looking for and be ready to start. In a busy market such as Denver indecision can cost a lot of time. If you are prepared and know what you want your project can move forward smoothly.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
What is their end goal for their project. For both renovation and new construction homeowners should think through exactly what they need in their space. Once the essentials are met and they have a solid understanding of their scope of work they will be able to efficiently communicate their needs to a contractor so they can get a good bid and get the project started in the right foot.
