Our leadership team brings over two decades of experience across real estate, residential remodeling, property restoration, and investment analysis and management. In addition our team has specialized training in insurance, real estate investment strategies, and property management. This well-rounded expertise allows us to not only deliver high-quality remodeling, reconstruction and property solution services but also provide strategic insights into maximizing property value and navigating complex insurance and real estate transactions. With a strong background in navigating insurance claims and real estate analysis, we bring a strategic approach to every project, ensuring that each remodel or reconstruction is completed efficiently, with long-term value in mind.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Our journey began over two decades ago, rooted in real estate and investment management. As we gained experience in these areas, we saw a growing need for reliable, high-quality remodeling and restoration services, especially when dealing with property damage and insurance claims. This inspired us to shift our focus toward helping homeowners and investors restore and enhance their properties. Over time, we combined our knowledge of real estate, insurance, and construction to create Linked Property Solutions, where we now offer a full range of remodeling, restoration, and property management services.
