We work hard at making sure our pricing is fair for our customers, our company, and are skilled team members that are doing the work! This kind of structure creates a win, win, win for everyone involved!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

The typical process is to gather a new customers information and a brief job description, check availability and schedule a appointment to connect and go over the the job in person.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We have extensive training in all phases of construction, and have knowledgeable design and layout concepts for all different styles and tastes!

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have served so many different types of customers and met so many different needs as well. Our goal is no matter who you are or what specific needs your project requires we will truly go above and beyond to meet those needs and win our customers trust & happiness!

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

It is good for customers to be realistic with themselves on the typical cost associated with the specific project that they are interested in. For example if the typical cost per SF to finish a basement is $55-$65sf then someone who gives you a estimate for $30-$40sf is not being honest and is hiding things to win a contract only to add them in later if they even continue to show up to finish the job completely. Understanding the typical cost for a project helps eliminate the under bid estimates that people submit just to try and win a bid and get a deposit. Professional companies lay things out very clearly for you to see the different moving parts of a job and the expected cost involved!
