What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

The pricing of our services is heavily influenced by the scope of work involved. Larger or more complex projects will typically have higher prices compared to smaller or simpler projects. We do offer senior citizen and veteran discounts.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

As part of our best practices, our first step with any customer is to perform a "Needs Assesment". This involves intiatiating a formal conversation or meeting with the potential customer to discuss the specific needs, goals, and expectations which may include but not limited to discusssing the project scope, timeline, and any budget constraints.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Licensed and Insured general contracting with a Business Management/Administration degree from Temple University Fox School of Business. In addition i've had multiple project management and leadership trainings from one of the largest military contractors in the world.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started doing this work when i began to invest in real estate over 10 years ago and was having horrible experiences dealing with contractors so i decided to take matters in my own hands and built a team of the best professionals in their respective trade that could handle any real estate related projects from the design/constucton phase to continuos property management/maintenance .

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have worked with all types of customers from residential to commercial. From single parent household on tight budgets to very affluent families and real estate investors looking to maximize profits.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Full bathroom Design/Remodel completed in 2.5 weeks that included design/contruction of a modern bathroom with a multitude of modern technologies which include smart mirrors, smart lighting, and bluetooth speakers.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

When hiring a provider, I always advise clients to request a providers body of work, get multiple estimates to assure pricing is on par (you normally get what you pay for), and be clear on needs/objectives for project.

What is the objective or goal of the project? What is your budget? What is your desired timeline for completion?
