We offer on-site consultations ranging from $75 to $150 USD, depending on the scope of the visit. Virtual or in-office consultations are free for the first 15 minutes, with detailed consultations ranging from $60 to $150 USD, based on the complexity of your project. Our pricing is fair and reflects the high standards we maintain as a licensed Architect-Led, General Contractor Firm. We employ a team of over 15 professionals, covering all aspects from design, project management, and full home renovations to specialty repairs. We work on milestone-based payment schedules to ensure our clients pay as progress is made. Our contracts are clear, transparent, and designed to protect our clients, providing peace of mind throughout the entire process.

Our firm is led by David Eyal Alter, a licensed General Contractor and Principal of the company. David’s journey began in the high-end carpentry industry, where he developed a deep understanding of fine craftsmanship. His expertise spans thousands of hours on job sites, overseeing every aspect of the building process— from planning, contracts, installations, and project management to design, architecture, and team coordination. Most importantly, David has mastered the art of building seamless systems that deliver stress-free renovations and new construction for luxury homes across South Florida. At the foundation of our company stands Herman Alter, our Founder and Senior Advisor. With over 40 years of hands-on experience, five years of formal education at one of Argentina’s most prestigious design academies, and a lifetime of learning under his father’s mentorship, Herman brings unmatched insight to every project. His rare ability to bridge design and field execution—solving complex challenges with practical solutions—makes him one of the most respected minds in the industry. Leading our design vision is Marcelo Sonneschein, our Conceptual Architect, internationally recognized as one of the most brilliant creative forces in Argentina, Portugal, and Uruguay. Our projects range from multi-million dollar luxury condo renovations, custom home construction, additions, and full design-build services, to owner representation for high-end developments. At the same time, we’ve had the privilege of working with homeowners on custom finish carpentry projects, including kitchens, wall units, closets, and more, as well as small-scale repairs and home improvements. We specialize in full-service design, architecture, and construction management for high-end residential and commercial projects. Two recent projects that best represent our ideal scope include: 1. Quayside Towers Double Condo Renovation – Miami, FL A complete renovation of two combined units totaling 3,000 sq. ft. of interior space. Our team managed the project from permitting and design through full construction execution and management. The project was delivered in 8 months, with a total renovation value of $1.3 million, completed on schedule and to the highest industry standards. 2. Single-Family Home Renovation & Design – Miami, FL A 2,800 sq. ft. luxury home, fully redesigned and renovated to award-winning standards, including the addition of a custom pergola and extensive high-end finishes. This project was completed over 14 months, with a total value of $1.8 million. In addition to large-scale projects, we offer custom carpentry services, including: • Custom closets • Kitchen cabinetry • Wall units • Architectural millwork and woodwork These custom projects typically range from $15,000 and up, depending on scope and materials.
