Typically we offer middle pricepoints, but also can do an extremely custom job for more money/time spent or a budget job with a lower pricepoint.

One on one phone meeting to see if we are a good fit, then a one on one meeting to see if everything checks out

Florida CBC general contractors license, OSHA 30 hr

How did you get started doing this type of work?

My father, and other mentors taught me the trade at a young age, way before becoming a business man

homeowners, business owners, investors, real estate agents, homeowners association's, architects

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

This year we have done 3 rehabs for investors, 2 complete remodels for homeowners, and a bunch of insurance work

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

hire based on value not low balled quotes, hire based on expertise not on cheap prices.

Funding, budgeting, and quality levels should be considered before agreeing to do a project.
