What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

My pricing is very transparent and fair I always try to give a fair price and if there is a big job I can always try to give a discount to the customer for doing a big project.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I all ways start by asking what they need done on the property and then I can get an idea of what it is, then I go and see the project and give an estimate and there I can give a price for the project.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

The training I have, has been acquired on the field, I have learned next to very skilled workers and I have been in the industry for a long time.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started doing this line of work when I started working for a company where I mastered the skill and then I opened my own business.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have mostly worked with residential and commercial customers.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I would say to always ask if they have a portfolio of the work they have done as well as if they come from a recommended person or a person whom you have seen the job done yourself.

One of the most important things in a project is your budget and from there you can start looking at the type of material and type.
