-Detailed Estimate & Timeline: After the site visit, we provide a clear, written estimate and timeline tailored to your project. We’ll review the proposal with you and answer any questions so you feel confident moving forward. -Contract & 50% Deposit: If you approve the estimate, we formalize everything in a contract. You sign the contract and pay a 50% deposit, which secures your project on our schedule and covers initial costs. -Project Scheduling & Start: We guarantee to begin all jobs within one week of receiving your signed contract and deposit. Our team then proceeds with the work according to the agreed schedule, keeping you updated on progress along the way. -Completion & Final Payment: Once the work is completed and you’re fully satisfied, we perform a final walk-through together. At that time, the remaining 50% balance is due as outlined in your contract. We provide any necessary documentation or warranties and ensure the finished project meets our high standards. Throughout the process, we keep you informed and involved. We begin work promptly (within one week of your deposit) and maintain clear communication about scheduling and progress. Once the project is finished to your satisfaction, the final 50% payment is due and we finalize the project.
