What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

The price will change accord kind of tile/piece, and layouts. We charge for the quality and craftsmanship of our service. The customer will not regret hiring us as we work to make the customer 100% satisfied.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

The first step is meeting customer and know what he wants to do. After, we must to see the place and do whatever the customer wants to do there, check the budget and show an estimate for the customer.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

It was in 2016, I did many floors and after I learned about showers remodel and kitchen remodel, I never stoped these services, I love do that!

What types of customers have you worked with?

Who understand about good quality and don’t disrespect our employees, but we never did exception. Always a pleasure work with everyone!

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We did a big floor, more than 30.000 ft2. It was amazing! We did all in 25 days!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

A good remodeling services are not for inexperienced pro. Be careful when receiving a quote with very low price, cause the cheap can be expensive. Poor service can be very expensive when you have to demo everything to rebuild.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

What kind of tile, what kind of layout, remove furnitures or not, dumpster rental, supplies and materials.
