I follow National as well as Local State Guidelines as for Pricing Each Project... Competitive & Fair

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Proper introduction, find out exactly what potential client is seeking, provide client with overall cost accordingly within 48 hours, even faster ballpark within 45 minutes of walkthrough with Client in many cases. Upon being rewarded project, have insurance provider fax or email over proof on insurance before discussing pay structure...

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I am a self made business man. Been doing construction work for over 39 years and counting. Licensed in business for myself since June 2001. Commercial & Residential Services across the Country alone the way.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started work for small companies in my early 20 straight out of the Army and eventually decided that I wanted to be the man in charge, and the rest is history....

What types of customers have you worked with?

I've worked and done projects for the Boys & Girls Club, Georgia Tech University, Day Care Facility, Pet Salon, City & County Residential Properties, Churches and so forth... In the process of finishing up a mission Center for one of the Biggest Churches in Cobb County, backed & supported by The Mayor of Marietta & All City Council Members. (This facility will cloth & feed the homeless and less fortunate)

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I have just recently sign a new contract to partner up and provide man power to one of the top Security Firms in the United States. NGS Films and Graphics. We are assigned to travel throughout the Country to specify duties such as to install security panels to any and all commercial storefronts, from salons, cellphone providers such as T-Mobile & others, Jewelry Stores, Convenient Stores,. Gas Station, Schools, Government Facilities and so forth. A preventative measure to prevent & delay smash and grab crimes, entry, to keep out the bad guys. Protecting your merchandise, staff, students & clients. As for one of my current projects this mission house i mention has taken 9 months, easily a 4 to 5 month project had it not been for this pandemic we are dealing with world wide.

Check References & Only accept proof of insurance from insurance provider ONLY.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Be clear as to what you want and open about what you're not clear on or unsure about. Hire a contractor you can trust?
