What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We offer free estimates and 0% for up to 21mo financing through Enhancify. We don't cut corners and focus on quality, so price range wise, we are usually right in the middle of most competitors.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We set up a free consultation with the customer and come to you to get eyes on the project, get an idea of timeframe, budget, etc. Once we do a consultation, we will email or text you an estimate which you can approve or deny. During the project, we will use CompanyCam to send you live project pictures and updates in real time to your phone.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

IICRC Certified for Fire, Water, and Mold Remediation and Restoration. Proud GARCA Member

How did you get started doing this type of work?

TRiO Construction was founded in 2019 by a husband & wife team who has a vision for providing superior exteriors and interior solutions for homeowners and businesses across North Georgia. We started out offering roofing services and have expanded into interiors, exteriors, and mold remediation where we continue to see continued success and market growth.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We were able to recently complete a 2,450sqft roof re-shingle, along with drip edge replacement, in just 10hrs! Our roofing crew has the ability to install drip edge and flashing themselves, which drastically cuts down on time and allows us to complete any standard sized roofing job same day!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I would look into credentials, such as being a members of GARCA, having IICRC certification to address mold, water damage etc. especially if you are looking to potentially file a claim. I would also ask a potential provider for references from previous customers.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

- Will this addition, renovation, etc. increase the value of your home? Often upgrades to a home will increase the home value, so this is an important consideration when planning your budget. - What does your budget look like? - Would a repair now save money down the road? Consider the cost of repair versus the potential cost of replacing a roof, deck, etc.
