Q&A

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
1. Meet with the customer and get an understanding of what wants to be done. 2. Get measurements and all information needed to prepare estimate. 3. Give customer the estimate and answer any questions they may have. 4. Give the customer time to “sleep on it” so they can make the best decision. 5. If both parties agree, prepare timeline for customer (however this is construction not all things go as planned) and explain to them how we would like everything to go. 6. Start the job.

What is my budget? Also (not a question) but spend time researching what you want. HGTV is a great source, Pinterest is a great source as well. Do your own research on what you are thinking you might want. This can help greatly throughout the process.
