What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Initial contact: I do prefer a phone conversation. That’s a lot of details that I think can get missed via text message.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have a mechanical engineering degree from United States Military Academy. I was a commercial project manager, ground up construction and I’ve flipped about 10 investment properties as well as countless clients and customers over the years.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I’ve been renovating homes since 2019 when I was still an officer in the Army. I renovated fellow service members homes and then it just took off from there. I have a degree in mechanical engineering. I’ve always had a knack for fixing things, and have done carpentry since I’ve been a teen. I started off with commercial property maintaince when I was still in high school.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We’ve worked with all kinds!! DIY gone wrong, to full on permit pulling ground up construction and large renovations, and everything in between!

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I’ve really enjoyed working with homeowners on remodel projects lately!
