My name is Luke Gilbert, I’ve been in the residential real estate industry for 12+ years. I’ve been growing a very successful property management company over the last seven years and we have been doing so much remodel work that we are actively building that branch of our company. In my opinion, transparency, proactive communication, and follow through our the main pain points in residential contracting. We aim to deliver a product that addresses those issues.
