Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
We offer referral discounts, meaning if we do business with one client and they refer us to someone else, that person gets a discount on their project.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
We like to introduce ourselves, talk about how we started our work, how they found us. And we like to share our prices with them so they’re familiar with what we charge.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
We are licensed and insured and bonded. We also hold a commercial flooring license if that ever comes up to our customers.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
My brother and I worked for a company and we gathered our experiences to start our own gig. So far it’s been the best deduction we’ve done.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
Homeowners, hotel owners, realtors, landlords, and General Contractors are our main source of Customers.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
We recently did a Bathroom Remodel. We took our time and quality work, every slow inch is progress. It took us one week to finish a whole new upgraded bathroom with modern features.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Ask Questions!! Sometimes contractors do things without the customer or homeowner knowing. Taking the time to plan ahead and meet and discuss is probably the smartest thing a homeowner can do.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
Instead of asking “why is this so expensive?” Try asking “why do you charge more than this guy or this person”. You see, we like when customers are respectful and we understand it’s difficult to find a good trustworthy contractor. We if we are respected, then the customer will receive quality work and good service in their end.
