We offer free estimates. Give us a call so we can go over your project with you, discuss different options, and help you find the best solution for your style and budget.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We meet with our clients to discuss their current project, their objectives and goals. Then we measure, show samples, and provide our customers with a no hassle estimate. We have multiple financing options available. Once a client decides to work with us, we have one of our project managers reach out to go over the project and schedule the work. We have a dedicated staff to make sure that you are happy with the finished project.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Anything from smaller projects up to over $100k projects. Our clients are ones that are looking for a knowledgeable and professional contractor who provides a high quality customer experience.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We are always producing high quality projects we are fond of. From new home construction and additions, to roofing, siding, windows, kitchens, baths, and basements, we really enjoy helping homeowners love the new look of their home!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Don't go for low or high price. Low price is usually a no go in general, but some people just charge the highest hoping to get some people who think that the price equals quality. There are too many people in this industry who don't know what they are doing and don't put their clients first. Find a company that knows what they are doing and can demonstrate that they will do a great job.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Do some research to understand the key terminology regarding the project you are looking to get an estimate on. A lot of times people feel like they are getting something done that is not being completed, or think that is should have been done differently. Have a detailed estimate explaining what you are getting done helps make sure things like this don't happen. Also a lot of times, sales reps only sell one product and it is their job to try to get you to purchase, even if it is not the best product for your situation. By having an idea of some of the different options out there, you can make the best decision for your project. 11 North provides many options and helps explains the benefits and price points of the different products available so you can make the best decision for your style and budget, while providing detailed estimates so you can feel confident you are getting the project you expect to get done.
